I-CORE Automotive-Grade Chips
Since 2023, I-CORE has maintained high-intensity investment in the automotive electronics field, successively launching two major product series—general purpose logic and signal chain. Among them, nine products have successfully passed AEC-Q100 certification and have been adopted in volume by multiple automotive manufacturers and Tier‑1 suppliers:
Currently, several products are in the AEC-Q100 certification phase. A partial product list is as follows:
By 2026, over a hundred automotive-grade chip models are expected to be launched, further enriching I-CORE's automotive-grade product portfolio.
I-CORE currently operates CNAS-accredited laboratory, focusing on key technology areas such as high-reliability IC design verification, full-lifecycle testing, and failure analysis. The laboratory is constructed in accordance with AEC-Q100 standards, emphasizing reliability testing technologies for automotive electronics and other fields, thereby establishing independent quality monitoring capabilities. The current annual certification capacity for automotive-grade chips exceeds two hundred models.
The testing and experimentation center is equipped with capabilities for all environmental tests (e.g., TCT, TST, HTOL, THT, PC, HAST, HTSL, ELFR, EDR, IR) as well as X-RAY and acoustic scanning analysis, providing strong assurance for product reliability verification.
